Resin-bonded CBN grinding wheels are a type of abrasive tool used for grinding difficult-to-machine materials. They offer high efficiency, long life, high precision, and excellent surface finish. They are primarily used for face grinding, tool grinding, precision bearings, automotive parts, and machining various materials such as carbide, hardened steel, and ceramics. The resin bond imparts elasticity to the grinding wheel, making it less susceptible to workpiece burns and possessing excellent self-sharpening properties, making it an excellent choice for applications such as fine grinding and polishing.

Resin-bonded CBN grinding wheels offer exceptionally high surface finish quality.
